Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your DETHROL order. If you change your mind about an item, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original condition

In its original packaging where reasonably possible

With any original tags still attached

Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll provide the relevant return instructions and let you know where the item should be sent.
Items returned without contacting us first may be delayed while we identify the order and return details.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless we have agreed otherwise.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before returning it. We will arrange the appropriate solution and cover reasonable return costs where required.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at cadellrayne@googlemail.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We'll assess the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Non-returnable items
We may not accept returns where an item has been worn, washed, damaged or altered after delivery, except where the issue is a fault or other legal right applies.
Goods that have been personalised or made specifically to a customer's individual specifications may also be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law.
Sale items
Sale items can be returned in accordance with this returns policy.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, the simplest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Your statutory cancellation rights
If you purchase from the UK online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
If you exercise this right, you generally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
This statutory cancellation right is separate from our additional 30-day returns policy.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Where a refund is legally due, we will process it within the applicable legal timeframe. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
